Customizing Your Profile on Pibb

Once you have signed in to Pibb it only takes a second to setup your Pibb profile…

Here is your basic User Profile page:

Things you see on this profile page are:

  • The OpenID you are using
  • Information you have entered about yourself
  • A list of subscribed channels
  • Your API key to use for the WordPress plugin
  • A special ‘Pibb Me’ link you can copy and paste into site so people can easy click on the Pibb icon and start a one-on-one chat with you, or leave you a message if you are offline
  • The ‘Edit My Profile’ button which you click to actually edit this information
  • NOTE: This is your public profile page, people will be able to see the information you have here

Edit Your Profile

On the ‘Edit My Profile’ page you will be able to:

  • Add a Nickname to be used on Pibb (instead of your OpenID)
  • Upload a custom ‘User Icon’
  • Add some information to the ‘About Me’ section
  • Don’t forget to click ‘Save Changes’

Now that your profile is all setup its time to start talking on Pibb!
