The mobile web has become a critical component of our online experience. That's why we are excited today to announce the release of iPhone app support for Janrain Engage. Companies and websites that offer an application for the iPhone can now use Janrain Engage for iPhone to enable quick social registration and login via Facebook, Google, Twitter, Yahoo!, LinkedIn and up to 11 additional identity providers.

Janrain Engage for iPhone includes the same key features as the web-based software. The number of identity providers displayed and the order in which they appear can be customized, and Janrain Engage remembers the user's preferred identity provider on return visits, to help ensure a positive and intuitive return user experience.
Janrain Engage for iPhone maintains the look and feel of the iPhone SDK and enables websites to authenticate their users through iPhone's native UIKit as opposed to the traditional web-based Janrain Engage application. Users can browse configured providers from a single-column table view, as opposed to the application's two-column view, which helps maximize the real estate of the iPhone screen.

Best of all, the iPhone functionality is available to all Janrain Engage customers. We hope you like it, and welcome any feedback.
