Leading Beverage Producer Replaces Legacy Database to Store User Records in a Turnkey SaaS Solution

DPS chose Janrain so they could use a single solution to easily store user records and run multiple types of campaigns for over 50 brands with unique registration requirements. DPS chose to replace its previous database product because it could not store additional data types such as social information. Building a solution in-house was ruled out due to time and cost considerations.
The Janrain Capture deployment team worked with DPS to upload and verify existing user data and smoothly complete the transfer without losing historical campaign and consumer data. The flexible SaaS solution stores more information on users at registration or authentication than DPS was previously collecting and allows them to deploy with user screens that match the specific brand and campaign.
