Additionally, you have the ability to identify, anticipate and implement process improvements. With Janrain, clients learn more about their users when they login or register with an existing identity on a social network such as Facebook, LinkedIn or Twitter. Then our customers are able to store that social profile data, link it to legacy data, and use it to inform and drive marketing programs both on- and offline.  </p><p>The marketing automation manager is responsible for the strategy, execution and measurement of all outbound marketing to prospects and customers already in the CRM database, as well as marketing automation programs for lead development.</p><p>In a consultative role this position helps stakeholders meet direct marketing objectives through database segmentation, production and copywriting of materials, determination of frequency and scheduling of emails, execution, and analysis of results. Typical outbound communications include webcast invites, customer announcements, and targeted, multi-touch marketing campaigns.</p><p>This position also determines the strategy and owns the success of the organization’s automated lead follow-up and development programs, commonly known as lead nurturing. The Marketing Automation Manager ensures qualification, scoring, routing and follow-up for every lead. This is currently done with the Marketo marketing automation platform.
